For Weizenkorn, a Basel-based social enterprise, we developed a new brand from the ground up—defining its design philosophy, product strategy, and market positioning. The result is the Living Collection: a range of home products that brings together minimalist design, high-quality craftsmanship, and purposeful functionality.
Each item is designed for long-term use and adaptable living. From ATLAS, a multifunctional furniture piece that doubles as a stool or side table, to PLAK, a foldable trivet that stores like a book—every product reflects timeless aesthetics, sustainable materials, and local social production.
Our work included concept development, market research, packaging design, and a compelling sales brochure. The project not only increases internal value creation for Weizenkorn’s workshops, but also positions the brand for long-term success in the design-conscious home goods market.

For the brand Alterna, which is available exclusively at the Swiss wholesaler Sanitas Troesch, we developed «Alterna direta» a bathroom accessory series designed to complement today’s rectangular and cubic faucets, sinks, and sanitary ceramics.
To broaden the product’s range of applications and appeal to a wider audience, we strategically designed the series to offer a choice between round and square glass tumblers. This dual-option approach allows the accessories to integrate effortlessly into both softer, more classic settings and strictly geometric environments. The round version creates the impression that the glass is resting on the wall-mounted holder, while the square version transitions flush into the holder’s shape—resulting in a seamless geometric unity.

With JESPR, a Swiss startup, we co-developed a bike computer that puts the rider at the center of the experience. Designed, engineered and manufactured in Switzerland, JESPR enters the competitive cycling market with a bold and distinctive presence.
JESPR stands out through exceptional ease of use: a large touchscreen, a clean, intuitive interface, and three buttons placed close to the handlebars allow full control without removing your hands from the bars.
The product’s distinctive design language was created to evolve—enabling consistent adaptation across future models and related products. Simple in form yet built for performance, it combines clarity, confidence, and an athletic character. Ideal for professionals, teams, and performance-minded riders alike.
From the outset, design shaped more than just the look—it defined the entire concept. Every detail, from form to interface to assembly, was guided by the goal of creating a high-performance tool that is intuitive, durable, and repairable. The screwed housing, for example, allows full disassembly and component replacement—making sustainability a core feature, not an afterthought.

Stöcklin, a leader in innovative and customer-specific intralogistics solutions, developed a new high-speed picking station for automated small-parts warehouses. This station is designed to enable fast, intuitive, and secure processes, including picking, counting, combining, and storing items. Our contribution focused on two key aspects: creating an appealing product design and ensuring optimal ergonomics. The design reflects the station’s efficiency and intuitive operation through clean lines and carefully executed details. At the same time, we optimized the workstation for comfort and usability across a range of body sizes, ensuring an ergonomic setup for all users. To enhance the working environment, we paid special attention to lighting and material surfaces, minimizing reflections and creating a pleasant atmosphere for operators. The result is a product that combines technical sophistication with thoughtful design, supporting both productivity and user well-being.

For IWB, the energy, water, and telecommunications provider of Basel, we developed the design for their innovative Nanoverbund system. This shared heating solution optimizes energy use, reduces costs, and supports the transition to renewable energy sources, offering immediate benefits for users and the environment. Our design strategy aimed to turn the technical installation into an appealing, product-like system that enhances usability and simplifies marketing. By making the technology more accessible and attractive, we help increase its adoption and amplify its positive environmental impact. To minimize resources, we developed the housing directly from the required insulation panels, eliminating the need for additional materials while ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. This integration of form and function reflects our commitment to sustainable design. In early 2025, the IWB Nanoverbund was awarded the prestigious Watt d’Or by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy, recognizing its innovative approach to energy efficiency and sustainability.
